Now you can also use our mini-labyrinth, which is on loan to us from Cancer Connection:

Thursday: Group meditation: 7:00- 7:30 p.m., followed by a brief dharma talk on topics related to Buddhism and meditation practice
Friday: Group meditation: 9-9:30 a.m.
Saturday: Group meditation: 8:30-9:00 a.m.
How can you use the mini-labyrinth?
All you need to do is start walking at the opening and follow the path to the center and back out again, as slowly as you can. (And don't worry about stepping on the lines!) Walking the labyrinth is a great way to focus and become aware of your breathing and your movements, and you'll perhaps be surprised at how relaxing walking even this small labyrinth can be. And how it can bring clarity to your mind, and even insights. (Try posing a question to yourself, walking the labyrinth, and seeing what comes to you as you walk.) In other words, this is a great way to start meditating, even if you call it walking! We invite you to stop in for a visit whenever the Center is open. Hope to see you soon!
